INTERNAL HULL PAINT

Two-component epoxy primer. High protection on steel, wood, steel, aluminium and gelcoat hulls, both in live and dead work. On GRP boats it prevents osmosis formation and promotes antifouling adhesion.

Component B hardener, 0.750 ml size.

Two-component epoxy primer. Used for the protection of the hull in cycles on boats made of steel, wood, galvanized steel, and gelcoat. It can be used both below the waterline (in the submerged area) and above the waterline (in the exposed area). On fiberglass boats, it prevents osmosis formation and promotes the adhesion of antifouling. COMPONENT A. It is purchased with the epoxy plus - catalyst component B code. STO.74156L0750.

Geltop System gelcoat is formulated using isophthalic resins, which provide good resistance to weathering and light. It is the ideal product for general-purpose applications, such as items not subjected to critical operating conditions: small boats, automotive bodywork, engine casings, and agricultural tanks.

It performs two specific functions:

1) It protects against weathering, UV rays, and, in certain cases, chemicals. Without the gelcoat, the glass, once exposed at the surface, facilitates the entry of water and all chemical agents through capillary action.

2) It provides the reinforced plastic with a continuous, smooth, and colored surface finish.

A copper-based hydrophilic antifouling designed to protect pleasure boats and non-fast hulls operating in temperate seas. The special ablative polymeric matrix with controlled release guarantees constant multi-seasonal protection: the paint layer gradually wears off during navigation, always renewing the active surface and minimising routine maintenance operations.

Copper oxidiser, combined with hydrophilic additives, effectively prevents the formation of algae and encrusting organisms without compromising hull performance. The product is not suitable for application on aluminium substrates.

Nemo Plus is a copper-based hydrophilic antifouling paint. It is a multi-seasonal product that uses controlled-release polymeric ablative technology, ideal for slow-moving boats or hulls that regularly operate in temperate seas.

The presence of copper oxide makes the product incompatible with aluminium hulls, on which it could trigger galvanic currents.

The product is also sensitive to direct exposure to UV rays: 72 hours after applying the last coat, it is necessary to protect the treated surface or keep the boat covered to preserve its effectiveness.
